NO source names the architect of Success House itself, and ECD’s own project, awards and brochure pages do not mention Coopers Road at all. Do not cite as fact

Same contractor and facade subcontractor as Grenfell (Rydon, Harley Facades) per AJ - I could not independently verify that pairing. Traynor: the practice held the full spec and contract showing where design liability sat. ECD also work extensively AS remediation architects
