Agent Garth Huxley, Voysey House, Barley Mow Passage, London W4 4PN, on consent BDB/46869 received 22/12/1999 for 288 apartments, retail and leisure over parking at Crown Buildings, Alencon Link. The building is now the subject of an ENFORCED GBP 14,454,914.45 adjudication award in BDW Trading v Ardmore, over an Alumasc system installed in place of the specified Sto and horizontal fire and cavity barriers omitted above the second storey.
