Basis: KSA’s own project page: former bus depot redevelopment, 56 units over 6 storeys, client First Wessex (now VIVID), completed 2016, consent 2013, value 6.6m, design drawing on the Art Deco bus depot. Portsmouth News reports all three Portsmouth VIVID ACM blocks are under 18m, so this building may fall outside the 18m+ population
