NOT FOUND. The overcladding was a PRIVATE conversion, not council work. Developer FM HEYSMOOR HEIGHTS LTD, which went into administration in 2010 after the renovation works were completed and was dissolved August 2014. Works therefore circa 2007-2010: a photograph of 22/06/2007 already describes a refurbishment in progress

- Confidence: None on either architect. LIVERPOOL’S REGISTER WAS SEARCHED DIRECTLY ON 17/09/2026 via the new LAR portal: the ONLY application on file for this building is 20F/2532, to install replacement cladding to the top 2 floors, approved with conditions. The circa 2007-2010 overclad that put the ACM on is NOT in the digitised record at all. SECOND PASS 17/09/2026, STILL NOT FOUND, but the corporate trail is now clear. FM HEYSMOOR HEIGHTS LTD IS COMPANIES HOUSE SC313504, a SCOTTISH registration, Edinburgh-based, part of FM Group / FM Property Group. The block was bought out of administration from Deloitte, appointed 2010. The Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust paid GBP 3m in 2013 for 63 refurbished flats, 49 parking spaces and the freehold (TheBusinessDesk, 05/09/2013). The works started earlier than assumed: a Flickr image captioned December 2006 already shows penthouse steelwork erected, Savills auction particulars record leases of 125 years from 01/06/2007 and say the block was renovated in 2008. A 2008 BUILD GUARANTEE EXISTS - Hansard 16/05/2018 refers to an insurance claim filed 18/10/2017 by FM Heysmoor Heights Ltd against Lloyd’s underwriters relating to it, and the warranty provider’s technical file would name the designer. Edinburgh Gazette notices 30/10/2009, 05/03/2010 and 04/06/2010. Related entities: Heysmoor Heights Management Limited 07728565, Heysmoor Heights RTM Company Limited 16306526. STRONGEST REMAINING ROUTE: the Companies House filing history for SC313504 - the 2010 administration statement of affairs would list the architect as an unsecured creditor
