Original consent 09/3319, received 19/10/2009, decided 17/02/2010: ‘Demolition of 4- and 5-storey block of flats and erection of 2 new blocks, ranging from 4 storeys to 11 storeys in height, comprising 153 self-contained flats and maisonettes (113 of which are Affordable)’. The site was Marshall House, 1-36, Albert Road NW6 5DS. THE ATTRIBUTION: the Design and Access Statement, ‘South Kilburn Zone 11 Site 11A Design and Access Statement (Rev A) October 2009’, carries the practice address on its back page - ‘10 Lindsey Street, Smithfield, London EC1A 9HP … www.prparchitects.co.uk’. Corroborated by the drawing set, every sheet of which carries the job prefix AA1169/ - one originator. https://pa.brent.gov.uk/online-applications/files/C84FC0D7B3AF537A154609306C2275C3/pdf/09_3319-DESIGN_AND_ACCESS_STATEMENT-1027095.pdf CAUTION ON THE CLADDING: the DAS says ‘The key blocks are the tallest elements within Site 11A, both are 11 storeys in height. The key blocks are clad in an Architectural Terracotta system produced by NBK.’ The 2023 remediation consent 23/0503 is for the TERRACOTTA facade and its insulation, not expressly for ACM. The ACM at these blocks is evidenced only by press reporting of L&Q’s claim against Bouygues (ACM exposed during removal, September 2018), not by the planning record. A further source disagreement: the press reports 286 flats across the two blocks, the consent is for 153

Separately PRP Partnership are named by MK Facades as the REMEDIATION architect at Crossway Point, Reading - a different role, recorded separately
