Basis: Named as agent on Ealing planning consent P/2008/3284, decided 13/01/2009, as ‘Mr Matt Allchurch’, agent company ‘Maa/Diz Architects’, 1 Lion Gate, Hampton Court Road, Hampton Court, Surrey KT8 9DD. The practice is Matthew Allchurch Architects Ltd (MAA Architects), still trading, now at Teddington TW11 9NN. ACM on the building is confirmed by Morjaria v Mirza [2025] EWHC 1961 (Ch), which records the post-Grenfell Cladding D&B Contract to replace it. NOT EVIDENCED: whether MAA specified the ACM. Mace was appointed main contractor in October 2010, two years after consent, so a design-and-build route is plausible.
